Yesterday was World Cardmaking day and I made 4 cards in total, almost as many in total as the rest of the year combined......  Best of all - I had fun doing it....

Happy Birthday card - Citrus Twist kits

Pieces in the October Embellishment kit from Citrus Twist kits just said card, and here is the result. The leaf is painted using gold - some gold paint will be available in the Citrus Twist Kits store.

At a crop a while ago I was challenged to make a card with Collall 3d glue and this is the result.

Bursdagskort - Papirdesign

Jeg lager ikke ofte kort, men det hender. På Papirdesign sin blogg i går viste jeg et av disse unntakene.




Jeg fant en glassinpose som jeg sydde fast på det lilla doilyarket (Mot vår). I en skuff fant jeg noen lilla blad som har ligget der ihvertfall 5 år som jeg limte på. Chipboardteksten og hjertebuttons. Litt dots her og der også, sammen med et chipboardhjertet helt øverst. Et kort skal ikke behøve å ta veldig lang tid å lage. De fleste blir glade bare fordi det er hjemmelaget.

Hooray card

I don't make cards often, but when I do I try to make it reflect my scrapbook style - so you can see that I made it. Not always so easy, but I added some distress ink and stenciling in the back to give it my personal touch.  Papers are from Lily Bee Design. 

You & Me card

When you are not happy with your background you were supposed to use for your layout, then just cut pieces out and use it for a card. Here I have used a Chic Tags.
