You are fabulous
Great fall colors outside, but my kids refuse to let me take their picture outside...... I did however the other weekend take a few pics when we took a walk in the woods around where my husband grew up.
I have used the Shimelle collection from American Crafts.

17 grader i vannet
I think the temperature was around 17 degrees this early summerday in the middle of May this year. I wouldn't even consider getting my toes wet, but the kids loved it. I played with some Pink Paislee - the Solstice collection. A favorite summer collection this year.

Smile today
Had a background where I overdid it a little and was kind of glad to be able to cover most of it....
Have played with Heidi Swapp materials.

Hello Summer
Got a new bag of goodies yesterday and had to dig in right away. I have been waiting for this collection for a while to finally make some more summer layouts. Pink Paislee Solstice collection.
I had the beginning for this background ready month ago, mixing lots of different blue mists and Ecolines. Don't be afraid to me mixing up different colors.

Hopp
Made this layout at a crop a little while ago. I usually do the backgrounds first, but this time I actually did the layering first. Se further down. I used some Citrus Twist kit pieces.some Fancy Pant Designs, Heidi Swapp, Pebbles, Teresa Collins, Shimelle.
Sometimes only one picture says only a piece of the story, so here I show how my son have fun. He is 6 years old jumping from a shed at a local daycare.. He was around 120 cm at the time.... I am glad I am not at his school during the day, there he climbs gigantic birch trees....
As you see I did the layering first. It does look better with a white background....

Sterk - Citrus Twist Kits September Kits
Sharing another layout made with the September Citrus Twist kits.
This is my last layout made at the crop last night. Yesterday I shared on the Citrus Twist blog how I work with kits on crops and here is part two.
Since I didn't have any more backgrounds I started to plan the backgrounds for my next three layouts based on the colors in the papers. I ended up with one with aqua/black tones, one with aqua/grey/black tones and the last with brown/aqua.
Here is the kit I picked for layout two. (I got a little inspired at the crop and I am sorry that I forgot to show you how I picked out the pieces for layout 2 and 3. All my layouts are available in the gallery.)
I usually cover up most of my backgrounds so they are not so visible so here is a closeup of the background used in this mini kit.

Love you - CTK September kit
This is my first layout with the September Main Kit - "Free Spirit" from Citrus Twist Kits.
I didn't have the chance to really dig into my kit until last weekend when I went to a crop to meet up with lots of nice ladies and a man. I love going to these small crops, however it’s a nightmare to pack for these events. I dare to show you my bags, but I can show you my table you were I worked with this month’s kit. I have worked mostly with the main kit and the Embellishment kit, but this month’s I wanted more so I bought all the kits… Click here to see this month's kits and add-ons.
When I go to crops I like to come prepared so I don’t just sit there and look at my bags and don’t really know what I want to do. The way I work preparing for crops is also something I have started doing at home when I get a kit. I start by dividing all the papers, embellishments and alphabet into piles and thereby making small minikits for each planned layout and put them in a plastic bag. That way I will see if I miss out on any embellishments. This month I was lucky enough to have a readymade background that could be used and I picked and embellishments to go with that background. The colors in the kit this month are light, but I wanted a picture with strong colors so I used a background with hot pink and added all that was pink into that pile.
Here are the kits
"A Reason to Smile" PL kit:
September's add-on kit is "I Want to Play." It's fresh with bright pops of pink, lovely printed cork, chipboard, printed vellum, 2 alphabets and more:
We have put together a Pattern Paper kit this month that is perfect for summer-to-fall transition:
